We support research supervisors in the following ways:

• Research supervisor workshops exploring principles of best practice. Suitable for those new to research supervision and those wishing to refresh their knowledge and skills. Also see the University’s Regulations and Code of practice for research degree programmes.

• Research supervisor symposia: bringing together research supervisors across the University. You can access resources from the symposia via Research Supervisor Development Blackboard site (self enrol Blackboard site).

• CREATE HEA Fellowship Scheme,  which focuses on reflecting on your current teaching and leads to Associate Fellowship, Fellowship or Senior Fellowship of the HEA, depending on your role and teaching responsibilities. Suitable for a range of staff including those with research supervision responsibilities only.
