University subsidiaries

The University has the following wholly owned/majority share subsidiaries:

• NCC Operations Limited Company Number: 07304890

• Langford Veterinary Services Limited (LVS) Company Number: 06798554
• The Science Research Foundation Limited (Engine Shed and SETsquared Bristol) Company Number: 02092134

All of the above subsidiaries are required to follow the University’s revised Subsidiary Governance Framework (PDF, 377kB) (updated March 2025). This Framework sets out the principles of good governance that underpin the University’s activities and outlines the University’s corporate governance structure to maximise consistency across the Group to best manage risk.
