Evaluation of therapeutic AAV vectors, to modulate disease outcome for Glaucoma, AMD, and Uveitis. Through our understanding of tissue homeostasis and inflammation, we are translating cellular and molecular targets through a gene therapy approach to treat disease models as proof-of-concept for man.
