Can you tell us a bit about your role at QTIC?
"I’m the new Centre Assistant at QTIC, I’m there to help with any enquiries and solve any issues for existing members, plus I keep the place stocked up and tidy and make sure there is plenty of coffee available!"

What did you do before joining us?
"I ran a middle-eastern street-food & catering business- Murray May’s. I’m still helping to run it with my partner, and we trade at lots of the local Bristol street food markets."

What do you do outside of work that you’d recommend to our community?
"Explore the countryside on our doorstep! Either on foot or bike, there are so many amazing green spaces just outside of Bristol, a cycle to Chew Magna is a great one to start."

What is your favourite thing about Bristol?
"There are so many great things about Bristol its hard to pick just one! But I would probably say the community aspect and its support for independent businesses, particularly in the food and drink scene. A few of my favourites include Harts Bakery, Little Hollows Pasta & The Orchard pub."
