Repairs

Current tenants can report required repairs or potential issues on the Accommodation Portal.

Please note: Repair requests are monitored Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. For urgent repairs outside these hours, contact the Security Office at +44 (0)117 928 7848. Use this number only for critical matters; misuse may incur call-out charges. For all other enquiries, please contact Staff Residential Lettings.
