Mental health inequalities in healthcare, economic, and housing disruption during COVID-19: an investigation in 12 longitudinal studies

This new preprint by Gareth Griffith and colleagues looks at whether individuals with pre-existing mental health conditions were more likely to experience economic, housing or healthcare related disruption during the first lockdown.

They find evidence of greater likelihood of healthcare disruptions, and income/job related disruptions (with worse pre-pandemic mental health leading to a higher likelihood of job loss).
