Joan worked in several locations, but found her niche as the Domestic Supervisor for Social Science and Priory Road.

She was a very well liked and respected member of the cleaning team who took great pride in her work; which always resulted in first class standards. After 21 years of service, she decided it was time to retire in December 1995.

Joan sadly passed away on 26 August 2013 after a long illness.
