The SAPC Annual Scientific Meeting is the leading academic primary care meeting in the UK, bringing together national and international researchers and health practitioners from a range of disciplinary backgrounds to discuss the latest research and teaching which promote excellence in the development, delivery and evaluation of primary health care policy and practice.

The conference will showcase the latest scientific research in primary care, including research investigating childhood obesity, domestic violence and predictors of serious illness in children.

Keynote speakers include Fiona Godlee, Editor in Chief of the BMJ, Sir Iain Chalmers, founding Director of the UK Cochrane Centre and Professor Gianni Angelini Director of Bristol NIHR Biomedical Research Unit in Cardiovascular Medicine, and Dr David Pendleton, Psychologist, writer and teacher.
