Dr Angela Nobbs in the School of Oral and Dental Sciences has recently returned from Kyushu University in Japan, where she was invited to teach on an Oral Biology postgraduate course at the Dental School.

Dr Angela Nobbs, Lecturer in Oral Microbiology in the School of Oral and Dental Sciences, has recently returned from Kyushu University in Japan, where she was invited to teach on an Oral Biology postgraduate course at the Dental School.

Her visit was part of the Global 30 Project, initiated by the Japanese Ministry of Education to promote the globalisation of higher education in Japan by increasing the admission of international students. It is hoped that the Global 30 scheme will continue next year, thereby establishing important links between Bristol Dental School and peer institutions in Japan.

You can read details of Dr Nobbs’ visit in the news item on the Dental School website.
