The exhibition, entitled ‘Limited Space: The Real State of Art in Britain’, aims to give a candid view of the art currently being produced in the UK by artists under the age of 25.

Artworks include graffiti on board and canvas by Def Bombin Kru (DBK), a Bristol graffiti group comprising six members, paintings by Matt Gregory (Brighton) and Cagdas Ogutogullari (London), sculpture by Mary Flower (Bristol), sketches by Rose Robertson (London) and photos by James Wallace (Swindon).

History of Art student Francois Vandame, who is organising the exhibition, said: ‘The aim is to demonstrate the seriousness of inspiration as well as the originality and meaningful substance to be found in works being produced by today’s young, cutting-edge artists. This is a great chance for aspiring artists to exhibit their works, and for members of the public to view them.’

The exhibition is open from Thursday 5 to Wednesday 11 June, 10 am to 6 pm, at Hiatt Baker Hall, Parry’s Lane, Stoke Bishop, Bristol BS9 1AD.
