Are you up to the commuter challenge?

21 May 2007

Would you like to do your bit for the environment and have the chance of winning a great prize? If so, Jam Busting June is the competition for you.

Staff and students at the University are all eligible to take up the challenge to get to work without your car, or by car sharing, during June. Even if you don’t drive to the University, you can still take part. For every three days you travel by a sustainable mode of transport (five by motorcycle over 400cc), you earn an entry in a free prize draw. Eligible modes include walking, cycling, scooter, motorcycle, bus, park and ride, train, ferry, car sharing and working from home.

By taking part, will you be doing your bit to improve the environment as well and having the opportunity of winning some great prizes. The University of Bristol has been registered for the Employer’s Challenge, so help us win the challenge by registering today.
