Peter Mathieson, Professor of Renal Medicine and Head of the Department of Clinical Science at North Bristol, has been elected as the next President of the Renal Association.

Department of Clinical Science at North Bristol, has been elected as the next President of the
Renal Association. This is the UK’s national professional organisation for kidney physicians and scientists. Professor Mathieson will be the youngest ever President and the first from the South West. His term of office will be three years and commences at the end of May 2007.
