The future of IT at Bristol – have your say

13 March 2007

How could current IT services in the University be improved? Information Services want to hear from you.

Information Services (IS) is reviewing the University’s IT strategy and is keen to consult as widely as possible with staff and students from every part of the University.
  • In what ways could current IT services in the University be improved? What can't you do now that you would like to do?
  • How might your work, or what your department does, be different in five years’ time? Will that change your use of IT? What IT facilities, services and support currently not provided would you like to see in five years’ time?

A number of interviews, focus groups and surveys are being carried out to get input from staff and students. IS intends to gather as much information as possible, with the aim of having a published strategy by the summer.

More information, including the ways in which you can contribute, can be found at www.bristol.ac.uk/it-strategy/.
