Fair Shares Final Report: Launch Event

1 November 2023, 3.00 PM - 1 November 2023, 5.00 PM

Hybrid event, in person at the Nuffield Foundation in London, and online.

Join us on 1 November 2023, 3-5pm, at an event to launch the findings of the Fair Shares project - the first nationally representative study in England and Wales of the financial and property arrangements that people make when they divorce.

The project has been funded by the Nuffield Foundation and the research provides essential data to inform the current debates on how the law should be reformed.

The presentation of the findings is particularly timely given the Law Commission’s review of the law of financial remedies in England and Wales.

The discussion will be chaired by Professor Nicholas Hopkins of the Law Commission, with presentations from the Fair Shares research team and Q&A from the audience.

Registration

Please register via Eventbrite. You can join the event in person at the Nuffield Foundation in London, or online - please note that in-person places are limited.
