The Centre for Health, Law, and Society is delighted to convene this online event on Monday 23rd May 2022 for students interested in bringing Health Law expertise into their Health Care careers.

For the event, we will be welcoming Robert Wheeler (PDF, 98kB). He will talk about, and take questions on, how his legal expertise (LLB and LLM) has informed his career as a Consultant in Paediatric and Neonatal Surgery, and as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Clinical Law.

The event will be participative, and allow engagement with multiple ways in which you might build on legal studies in a health care career, including through committee and advisory roles, specialist lecturing, being an expert witness, and in holding senior administrative positions.
