Dr Robert Greally
Robert is Co-Director and Founder of the Centre for European and Public Law and a Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol Law School. His research focuses on the relationship between law and politics in constitutional democracies and the changing nature of the UK constitution. In particular, Robert is interested in how political institutions, such as Parliament and the political parties, understand, interact, and shape the Constitution. He adopts an interdisciplinary approach to studying Public Law issues, which draws upon and combines aspects of public law with political theory and political science.

Dr Emily Hancox
Emily is Co-Director and Founder of the Centre for European and Public Law and a Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol Law School. Her research focuses on EU constitutional law, especially on the interaction between the sources of EU law and the legal reasoning of the European Court of Justice. Emily also works on the status and interpretation of retained/assimilated EU law in the UK after Brexit. Her expertise in this area has led to invitations to give evidence before the Scottish Parliament CEEAC Committee and to the House of Lords APPG on the Rule of Law. She has published widely including in the Cambridge Law Journal, the Common Market Law Review and the Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies.
