Lisa Hallgarten is a campaigner, writer, trainer, and educator working in sexual and reproductive health and rights. In her work at Education for Choice, Reproductive Health Matters, the Sex Education Forum and currenty as Policy Manager at Brook her focus has been on translating evidence into good practice, with a focus on young people's rights to comprehensive sex and relationships education and to good quality accessible contraceptive and abortion services for young people. As Chair of Voice for Choice (2014-16), in her editorial work and pro-choice activism she has been an advocate for improvement in abortion law, policy and practice over many years.
