The fast-track Benjamin Meaker Visiting Professorship Scheme was formerly situated within our successful Institute for Advanced Studies (IAS), this activity has now been embedded within the Research Development International team in our Research and Enterprise Division. This move ensures that we fully benefit from the breadth and depth of research management experience within the Division, and enables greater synergy and harmonisation with other international research support activities.
The popular Benjamin Meaker Distinguished Visiting Professorships remain at the heart of our International Research Partnerships portfolio of awards, complemented by new and revised schemes designed to enhance our international engagement with eminent professors as well as emerging future research leaders.
