Engineering staff and PGR workshop: 'Fibre Optic Sensors for composite structures'

Dr Shu Minakuchi is a Bristol Next Generation Visiting Researcher. He is visiting from the University of Tokyo, Japan, and working with Vincent Maes in the School of Civil, Aerospace and Design Engineering on the project Enhanced consolidation monitoring.

Combining Dr Minakuchi’s expertise with that of BCI researchers and staff, this workshop will review the fundamental and explore the various use cases for fibre optic sensors. Attendees will benefit from live demonstrations and the opportunity to explore and discuss potential uses in their own research.

This is a closed workshop for staff and PGR students.
