The Health Professions Education (formerly Teaching and Learning for Health Professionals, or TLHP) programme provides current evidence-based theoretical knowledge and practical skills. It is designed for those wishing to develop their educational expertise within the context of their health profession. 

The programme prides itself on its pool of students, who come from a wide-range of health professions to attend and achieve the qualifications. The multi-professional learning environment of HPE offers our students great insight and knowledge of teaching and learning in different healthcare contexts. 

The faculty have an extensive range of qualifications in education, alongside expertise in teaching within further and higher education. This includes lecturers with clinical, social science and business backgrounds. 

Additionally, we are a teaching and learning Consultancy for the Faculty of Health Science. We provide guidance and offer educational expertise across the professional programmes, collaborating with a range of academics from healthcare backgrounds.
