Bristol offers a highly flexible and personalised study abroad experience, with a wide range of academic fields and different programmes to suit your English language ability. 

All our programmes are available for a single semester or a full academic year. Our schools of  Chemistry and Law only offer year-long classes. 

Who can apply

If you are applying to Bristol as an exchange student, you will be nominated to a programme by your home university. You can check with your home university or the Global Opportunities team at Bristol to find out which programme you have been nominated to.

Direct-enrol students (those whose home university is partnered with Bristol but not for exchange) and independent applicants (any student from any university that is not partnered with Bristol) can choose to join any of our programmes.
