The financial costs of Cystic Fibrosis

Cystic Fibrosis (CF) – like many long-term health conditions and disabilities – can have significant financial implications for those with a diagnosis and their families. In this research, through qualitative research and a survey of families affected by CF, we explore the substantial extra costs and loss of income that can occur as a result of CF, as well as the way in which the condition can affect access to financial services (such as insurance).
