Senior Communications Officer

Salary range: £36,333 - £40,745 per annum, pro rata (part-time)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Communications Officer to join the ESRC Centre for Sociodigital Futures (CenSoF) at the University of Bristol. CenSoF is a national and international hub for sociodigital futures research and practice, collaborating with academic and non-academic partners. The Senior Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to promote CenSoF's work and engage both internal and external audiences. The role involves creating content for various channels, including social media and websites, and using analytics for evaluation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning and delivering communications in complex environments, possess excellent writing and copywriting skills, and demonstrate a keen interest in the Centre's missions and vision. They should be a self-starter and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.
