Engineering Hackathon 2015

Thirteen teams of up to five students from across the Faculty of Engineering took part in The Hackathon.

Organised by University of Bristol Electrical & Electronic Engineers (BEES) and sponsored by ARM.
The Faculty of Engineering is hosting a 24 hour hackathon on 31 January 2015. An opportunity to work with students from across the Faculty to compete for awesome prizes. Each member of the winning team will take home a pebble smartwatch and there are several runner up prizes of a chromecast each!
ARM is sponsoring this event, donating an ARM mbed development board to each team, which you will keep after the event. In previous years teams have made anything from robotic arms, quadcopters to Sudoku solvers!
The judging will be carried out by a panel of selected industry representatives alongside everyone's favourite lecturers.
There will be free pizza and drinks for dinner on Saturday and free Boston Tea Party breakfast on Sunday morning.
