Collections for comparative studies

This collection includes a range of modern skeletal material, shells and corals as well as models and casts of fossils. The material is used and available for comparative studies and workshops in-house or externally.

Dinosaur models
A selection of scaled models of various dinosaurs: Diplodocus, Plesiosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Stegosaurus, Velociraptor, Allosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon, Iguanodon, Tyrannosaurus.
Primate skull models
Various models of primates: Australopithecus africanus, Proconsul africanus, Homo sapiens neanderthalensis, Homo erectus heidelbergensis, Homo sapiens, Homo sapiens protosapiens.
Modern skeletal material
Skulls, bones and complete skeletons of a selection of animals, mainly mammals.
Moderns shells and corals
A collection of modern shells of bivalves, gastropods and corals.
