External networks
- Jisc are a non-profit supporting the use of digital technologies in higher and further eduction. They provide services and offer advice. They put on a range of events and produce useful guides on a range of topics.
- The Higher Education Academy (HEA) is a national body focussing on teaching quality, working both with individual academics and institutions.
- The Association for Learning Technology (ALT) is a membership organisation which works to improve practice, promote research, and influencing policy around learning technology. They run the CMALT professional accreditation programme as well as an annual conference and other events.
