ACCIS lab equipment booking

To book ACCIS lab equipment please follow this two-step process:

1. Before booking any of the lab equipment please check the availability on the calendars below.

2. To book, click on the link to the ACCIS lab equipment booking system on Microsoft Bookings

Step by step instructions

  • Use the drop-down menus to find the item required and click on ‘View calendar’
  • To book the item, click on the link to the Microsoft Bookings page (top right)
  • Select the duration from the options displayed
  • Select the item required from the drop-down menu (select staff ‘Anyone’)
  • Select the date (and time if applicable).
  • Once you are ready to confirm the booking, provide your name and email address and click Book.
  • When you have submitted your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.

Bookings can be managed/cancelled via the confirmation email. The bookings mailbox is managed by the lab support team.

Booking guidelines

  • Bookings can be made up to 3 days.
  • Long term bookings must have permission from the lab support team.
  • If you no longer require an item or lab equipment, please cancel the booking.
