This year we worked with SMEs in the tech sector. Each team had a mentor who worked with them for the three days and at the end of the event each team shared their recommendations in a presentation and short report. The SMEs were very different and the challenges that they offered the teams were equally different - ranging from how to get a balanced media feed to ownership and management of data derived from smart home technology.
