Epistemic Injustice in Healthcare project launch

Hosted by the Epistemic Injustice in Health Care (EPIC) Wellcome-funded research project which aims to identify and address epistemically unjust ways of conceiving of illness, treating ill persons and allocating healthcare.

The launch will feature talks from the project Principal Investigator, Havi Carel, and the project Co-Investigators, Lisa Bortolotti, Matthew Broome, Ian Kidd and Sheelagh McGuinness. We will hear the world premier of an especially commissioned choral piece by composer Toby Young and poet Jennifer Thorp, performed by Bristol University Singers. This will be followed by a drinks reception.
