Calling all EDI practitioners, academics and researchers...

5 May 2022

What do you think about institutional equality, diversity and inclusion interventions for research careers?

We are currently recruiting participants for a study as part of our book publication project on nurturing equality, diversity, and inclusion in health and biomedical research careers and researcher development.

If you identify as a stakeholder within health and biomedical researcher communities, and you have been involved in work promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in your institution, school, or department, then we would like to hear from you.

This study intends to explore what makes EDI interventions work well, and the challenges faced by diverse EDI stakeholders, such as research staff, academic staff, research development officers, equality planning team members, human resource officers, equality & diversity officers, and organisational change consultants working with and for academic and research institutions.

How?

  • Online, using MS Teams
  • Interviews will last about 45-60 minutes
  • Participation will be completely confidential
  • Interview data will be anonymised before publication

Are you eligible?

  • You work in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in health and biomedical research careers and researcher development.
