Access Information for the Elizabeth Blackwell Annual Public Lecture

The Elizabeth Blackwell Institute welcomes everyone to our Annual Public Lecture on Monday 22 January 2024 at The Conference Hall, City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR.

The event is free of charge.

Doors will be open from 6 pm and the lecture will start promptly at 6.30 pm.

Please let us know in advance if you have any access or support requirements. We will be providing BSL interpreters and can discuss any other access assistance required.

There is some disabled parking, please email if this is required. Attendees may be dropped off at the entrance at the top of the ramp, entry via Park Street.

Venue

City Hall, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TR.
 
The lecture will take place in The Conference Hall which is situated on the ground floor with level access into the building. 
 
After the lecture finishes at approximately 7.30pm, there will be an opportunity for drinks and networking (wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available) in the Foyer.
 
Toilets are located on the ground floor. There is an accessible toilet which is gender neutral. There are also single gender toilets.
 
There will be Event Volunteers available to assist where needed.
 
Guide Dogs or Assistant Dogs will be welcome.
