Pay your fees
When and how to pay your tuition, bench and accommodation fees.
Scam warning
You will never be asked to make a payment over the phone. Visit your student financial statement where you can pay by card or by bank transfer via a secure portal.
Pay your fees in full
This is the preferred payment method for all students.
Pay your fees in full in your financial statement before:
- Accommodation fees: 26 September 2023
- Tuition fees: 24 October 2023
Tuition fee invoices will be issued between 19 and 22 September.
Pay your fees in instalments
If you choose to pay in instalments, you must set up a plan by the deadline.
Accommodation fees
- Direct Debit: 11 September 2023
- Recurring card payment: 11 September 2023
Tuition fees
Tuition fee invoices will be issued between 19 and 22 September.

Access your financial statement
View your payment transactions and see any sponsorship information. View and amend your banks details, create a payment plan, or pay by card or bank transfer.

One-off payments and third-party payments (parent/guardian). International payments using Flywire or TransferMate. Bank transfers.

Late or missed payments
What to do if you have missed a payment deadline or if you are going to be late making a payment.

Change your card details
Update your bank card details in the online payment system.
Sponsored students
You are classed as a sponsored student if an external organisation or company pays your tuition fees. You need to let us know if a sponsor is paying.

Countries we cannot accept payment from
We cannot accept payments that originate from these sanctioned countries/regions:
- Crimea
- Cuba
- Donetsk
- Iran
- Kherson
- Luhansk
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- Venezuela
- Zaporizhzhi
The funds may be restricted, returned or declined. If you are due a fee refund from the University, processing restrictions will also apply to those transactions.
