• We'll schedule development  work in line with your project timelines  
• We'll track your spend and alert you when budget limits are near  
• We'll endeavour to be flexible and adjust to your requirements (within budget)  
• We'll provide expert advice on the available development options for your project 
• We'll  keep you up to date on progress and can arrange regular catch-up meetings if required 

What we expect from you

• You'll need to provide a project code for financial recharging  
• You'll  need to attend a project start meeting  
• During development phases, you need to be available to answer queries in a timely manner 
• You must provide us with a clear understanding of the scope of a project 
• You'll  need to keep us up to date with any anticipated funding extensions/changes in project timelines
