In year two students have four clinical weeks spread through the academic year. Each week focuses on a body system: cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal and neurological/whole person care.
University based primary care teaching is integrated with hospital medicine. General practice based primary care teaching takes place over four half days (Thursdays), spread through the year, each focusing on different body systems.
