Eventbrite - Antimicrobial stewardship: improving primary care for children's respiratory infections

A free one-day event organised by the NIHR TARGET Programme team, Centre for Academic Primary Care, University of Bristol and NHS Bristol CCG.

This highly interactive, one-day event is for members of Public Health England, NICE, the Department of Health, NHS clinical commissioners, antimicrobial stewardship teams, pharmacists, GPs and primary care nurses. Attendees will be invited to contribute to multi-disciplinary small group and plenary discussions to understand how new research evidence presented on the day can be used to optimise the use of antibiotics for the most common problem managed by NHS and health services internationally - children’s respiratory infections.

This event has been accredited by the CPD Standards Office. Delegates can therefore use this event as part of their continued professional development as it is recognised by bodies such as the Royal College of General Practitioners, the General Pharmaceutical Council and the General Medical Council.
