Bristol expert quoted on election of new Bristol mayor

Dr David Sweeting, from the University of Bristol's School for Policy Studies, has been widely quoted about the election of the city's first directly elected mayor.

Independent candidate George Ferguson was declared the winner of a hard-fought campaign on Friday and sworn into office on Monday.
