Student's tree carvings research covered by UK and Canadian media

An archaeology student's research into tree carvings made by soldiers in World War Two was covered by the Daily Mail, Telegraph, Scotsman and newspapers in Canada.

Research by Chantel Summerfield, a PhD student in the Department of Archaeology and Anthropology, into tree carvings made by soldiers during the Second World War was reported by the Daily Mail, The Telegraph, The Scotsman, the Montreal Gazette, the Victoria Times Colonist, the Malvern Gazette, the Evening Post and Spanish and Canadian radio.
