Two Bristol alumni won Laurence Olivier Awards on Sunday (15 April) for their work on the record-breaking musical, Matilda.Peter Darling, who graduated with a BA in Drama in 1985 won the award for Theatre Choreographer. Matthew Warchus, who was awarded an Honorary DLitt in 2010, won in the Director category. In all, Matilda: The Musical won a record seven awards.
