Best Research Thesis prizes 2008/09

Six Bristol postgraduates have been awarded prizes for the exceptional quality of their research degree theses.

Six Bristol postgraduates have been awarded prizes for the exceptional quality of their research degree theses.

The ‘Best Research Degree Thesis’ awards are made each year by the Research Degrees Examination Board based on the recommendations of the examiners. The prizes are awarded to one student in each Faculty whose work is judged to have been of the highest quality.

The 2008/09 winners, listed below, each receive a certificate of commendation and a cheque for £500.
