People
Our members conduct research to the highest academic standards, many of them as world leading researchers in their field. We strive particularly to produce critical analysis that challenges conventional views and approaches, and conceptualises policy-relevant ideas for change and reform.
Our Centre works as a collaborative institution and without hierarchy. We are organised around clusters of academic interest (e.g. tort/contract law and company law/commercial law), and all members are equally committed to contribute to the Centre's overall thematic focus and principles.
