In this issue of Research in Public Policy we have four articles on key issues surrounding the implementation and effectiveness of these schemes, including their relationship with public service reform.
- Financial Inclusion and Saving
- Can Public-Private Partnerships Deliver Better Services?
- PFI and Public Service Reform: Challenges for Research, Policy and Practice
- PFI Procurement: A Lengthy and Costly Process
- The Loan Arrangers:Value Creation in Project Finance
- Hospital Care in England:Who Will Choose?
- Fertility and Women’s Education in the UK
