Campus Digital Technologies

Campus Digital Technologies provide strategically aligned systems development, as well as support to Campus Division and the wider University.

What we do

We act as the liaison between Campus Division and IT Services and support teams with systems projects. The team specifically manage and develop our Integrated Workplace Management System, Planon and our Student Accommodation System, StarRez. Both systems provide a range of services to the Division and wider University, facilitating a number of tasks including: 

  • accommodation management for students and staff
  • management of University buildings and spaces
  • flexible workspace booking
  • reactive and preventative maintenance including Compliance and Capital Projects
  • Permits to Work (safety).

The teams we provide support to includes:

  • Maintenance (DLO)
  • Campus Planning
  • Residential and Commercial Facilities Management
  • Accommodation Office
  • Residential Partners
  • Security Services
  • Venues and Events
  • Catering.
