A £15,000 grant to examine how social information use can affect the stress of decision making has been awarded to Dr Andy Radford from the School of Biological Sciences.

A £15,000 grant to examine how social information use can affect the stress of decision making has been awarded to Dr Andy Radford from the School of Biological Sciences, University of Bristol. The funding from the Royal Society will allow an initial investigation of non-invasive indicators of stress (heart rate and body temperature) in chickens and will involve collaborative work with Prof. Christine Nicol at the School of Veterinary Science.
