The purpose of the National Teaching Fellowship (NTF) scheme is to recognise, reward, and celebrate individuals who are judged to make an outstanding impact on the student learning experience, and provide the means to develop a proactive community of National Teaching Fellows.

The scheme is organised and run by Advance HE. Institutions can nominate up to three individuals per annum, with a total of up to55 individuaawardbeing made in 2024.

We particularly welcomed expressions of interest from groups who have been previously under-represented in the NTF, including: ethnic minority BAME groups; the wide range of staff that support learning; and part-time, fractional, sessional or hourly paid staff.

The three successful nominees will be provided with support and mentoring to develop their application. The deadline for submitting finished applications is March 2024, with results announced August 2024.
