RDF Awards for Bristol

Following the recent announcement by the WUN of its most recent round of Research Development Funding, we are delighted to announce that Dr Eric Morgan, School of Veterinary Sciences, will be leading a project New insights into the transmission of Angiostrongylus lungworms by gastropods under climate change: a comparative approach, partnering with the Universities of Cape Town, Ghana, Leeds and Sydney.

The University of Bristol will also be involved as a partner in two other projects:

Migration Policy, Welfare Boundary, Social Integration & Health-related Quality of Life of Children from Immigrant Families, lead by Professor Qiaobing Wu, Social Work, Chinese University of Hong Kong.
UoB participant: Professor Alan Emond, School of Social and Community Medicine

Promoting wellbeing across borders: migration, social remittances and health, lead by Professor Sarah Salway, Public Health, University of Sheffield.
UoB participant: Dr Sebnem Eroglu-Hawksworth, School for Policy Studies
