Help during assignments

In addition to providing a rapid and efficient service to get your selected worker, colleague or guest in role we are also here to support you throughout the assignment and to work with you to deal with any enquiries or issues that may emerge. You may also find the  helpful to refer to throughout your engagement with us.

Timesheets 

CAG managers need to complete and submit monthly timesheets within MyERP for all assignments they are responsible for. Submissions must be made by the last working day of the month to enable workers to be paid in arrears on 26th of the following month.

CAG workers with a Tier 4/Student visa must complete the weekly Tier 4 log for each assignment they are working on. The log will monitor hours worked across all assignments to ensure that the total weekly hours submitted do not exceed the legal maximum of 20 hours per week.

CAG managers are responsible for ensuring that their workers with visa restrictions do not exceed the weekly legal maximum of 20 hours. They can view details on their workers and assignments within the Tier 4 log; this will provide information on all assignments that have workers with visa restrictions and details of each individual worker’s submission each week.
