It is mandatory to register with prior to starting work so we can check your Right to Work documents and issue your contract.

Registration is a quick process that varies for UK and international workers:

• UK/Irish passport holders – You will be invited to upload your passport to Verifile, a third-party website, then attend a 5 minute online videocall with us.

• Visa / EU / EEA passport holders – We will ask you to send us a sharecode and arrange a short videocall with us to check your identity and any visa restrictions.

Subject to the checks you will be issued with a contract to sign and return ready to start working. We will contact you with more information on what you need to provide.

If you are on Student visa (formerly known as Tier 4), we will check the hours to be worked against work completed elsewhere within the University to ensure that you can complete the requested hours without breaching your restrictions.
