At University-owned residences 

The gardens and grounds are maintained by the University. If it snows or is icy, the porters or grounds services will make sure paths and access routes are cleared. 

Residence gardens or grounds may be shared with other University departments and may be used for events such as weddings or conferences. 

At partnership properties 

The gardens and grounds are maintained by the company that manages your residence.

Litter

You are responsible for making sure that the grounds are kept free of litter.
