  • As a leadership coach, I draw on my experience working in both the private and public sectors where I held a number of senior management positions reporting to Boards. As a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, I recognise the demands of commercial productivity and performance balanced with the needs for humanising work and personal life.

Currently my main clients are within the Health, Academic and Finance sectors. I also work as an Associate with Keele and Bristol Universities and with Health Education England, Analytic-Network Coaching, Coalescence Consulting and Edgecumbe Health. I am a registered user of a range of psychometric tools including MBTI, NEO, OPQ and a number of Leadership models.

I now train new coaches and am also taking a coaching supervision qualification through Oxford Brookes University. I am a member of the CIPD Independents Forum Committee.

The feedback I have received from my clients reinforces my facilitative style and values in creating the right environment for individuals to develop their own skills, to utilise their strengths and maximise opportunities in unlocking their potential. I help my clients to think creatively, deeply, about what really matters, empowering them to find their own solutions in a productive and satisfying way.

… “you have such wonderful insight into helping people reach solutions to the inevitable challenges and exciting new opportunities in life....”

I personally felt that the coaching you provided was of the highest quality and drew out constructive ideas for me in a way I certainly could not have done on my own. I felt that your commitment and enthusiasm was inspiring.”
