Anita has many years of coaching experience working with clients at all levels in
organisations, in both the private, public and charity sectors, including specialist
coaching in the Neurodivergent field, which she has worked in for the last 10 years.
Anita’s coaching and supervision approach is a balance of support and challenge
using a mixture of tools including clean language and emergent knowledge to enable
self-development and personal growth. Her coaching started as a L&D professional
in a multinational and developed in senior HR roles including being a designated
coach on an international management programme. As an independent coach,
consultant & coach supervisor for the last 21yrs she has coached on management
programmes, delivered group supervision, completed numerous coaching and
supervision assignments at all levels in organisations (board to junior levels) and
mentored individuals. She also provides pro-bono coaching to worldwide managers
for an international charity. Coaching & supervision is delivered either face to face,
in groups/teams or virtually.
As a coach supervisor she provides supervision to both internal and external coaches
in 1-1 & groups.
Anita has voluntary experience in the education and youth field and as a school
governor for 10 years, 5 of those as Chair of Governors. She is a previous Chair of
the West of England Branch of the CIPD after holding various roles on the Branch
committee. Anita is currently a Charity Trustee with local community charity.
